The workshop seamlessly blended theory with hands-on exercises, through the application of UX writing principles in a design exercise for a fictional streaming platform. Working side by side with UX designers, this knowledge is essential, since I aim to strengthen collaboration and better understand the intricacies of crafting content as part of the whole product/service experience.

My master's research in Japan centered on leveraging the five senses, particularly emphasizing the role of smell as a design tool to enhance public space experiences. This exploration led me to delve into service design principles, influencing my subsequent research projects. Following the completion of my master's degree, I embarked on a two-year doctoral program in collaboration with TME, transitioning to Belgium to join the Kansei Design team.
